How to Throw a Great Bachelorette Party

Being a bridesmaid has many responsibilities: helping with wedding planning, helping her decide on a dress, keeping her sane and throwing a bachelorette party for the bride to be. It a fun way to celebrate her wedding amount close friends. When planning a party there are many things to take into consideration if you want it to be successful and this is the kind of party where you don't want to disappoint.

It is essential to start planning in advance so you will have enough time to plan every detail.
If you're not planning a surprise party ask the bride what she would like because it's her going away party.
The guest list is important so ask the bride who she would like to celebrate with or go through her phone book and get her contacts.
Think about the wedding, too. No bride wants to be tired for her wedding day so a bachelorette's the night before a wedding isn't such a good idea.
Set a date and make sure to check with everybody if they can make it.
Since this isn't an everyday party invitations are in order.
Meet up with the people and discuss the budget, since they will be paying make sure everyone is on board with the budget.
You can get a bridal party clothes or accessories for everyone so look online for bridal wedding supplies.
If the bride doesn't want to go out for her party make sure that you have decorations for this option.
Not everyone at the party will know each other so a good idea is to plan an icebreaker to loosen the mood.
If you are hitting the town make sure to get or hire a designated driver, a limousine is a good choice if the budget allows it.
If you are going out make sure you have everyone's number because people tend to get lost in crowds and if you're drinking its a safe bet that somebody will wander off.
Bring a cameras and take many pictures because chance is if you are going drinking there will be many fuzzy memories.
Make sure you have gifts for the bridal party. You can give them bachelorette memorabilia trinkets, makeup, some bath salts, all combined into a small thank you gift.

You can choose do a theme party but never go overboard and stick to the budget.
Games are always a great way to get everyone involved and excited. You can do a scavenger hunt or a dare-to-do list that has points and the winner gets a prize.
You can do a costume themed party.
Go to a karaoke bar and sing the night away.
Disco night is another good idea and dancing the nigh away will be fun for everyone.
You can hire a fortune teller as entertainment.
If the bride doesn't want a party you can do a pamper party. Have everyone get their robes and have a spa event.
You don't have to do only one thing. A good bachelorette party is versatile so that there will be something fun for everyone.
