Introduction - A bad muscle pull on your back can hinder your daily ability to do chores with ease. I experienced this lately and looked around for ways to cure it. The only options I came across were expensive massage treatments or physiotherapist visits. You will be surprised to know how I cured my back ache with this cheap massager that can be made in under a minute.

Time: 1 minute or less

Three tennis balls
An old long sock or stocking

Place the balls in the sock one by one.
Tie a knot to hold them together.

Stand against a flat wall with your back facing the wall.
Massage your back by placing the ball massager at the pain spot between your back and the wall.
Can be used to massage legs and feet too.
