Make Orange and Lavender Bath Salts

Epsom salts are a fantastic way of draining excess fluids from the body, but they're scent-less. To make bathing a little more spa-like here's how to create your own fragrant bath salts, with added 'ooh'.



Time: 5 minutes

Materials
25g Epsom Salts
3 Lavender Flowers
Skin of an Orange
5 Mint Leaves

Required ingredients


Ensure the epsom salts are high-grade (it will be stated on package, no statement, no grade).

Method
Pour half of the salts in a bowl.

Tear the dried out orange peel roughly and add to the salts.



Using a pestle and mortar bash 2 of the lavender flowers with 3 of the mint leaves.



Add the ground lavender and mint to the bowl along with the remaining mint leaves and lavender bud.



Using a spoon mix it together and voila! Your cleansing and soothing bath salts are ready for use.



Keep in the bathroom is an airtight tub/jar.
